This cookbook is incredible. My mom looked at all the pictures and most of the recipes and was skeptical (after all one of the pictures was of plucked black skinned silkie chicken floating in a clear broth like a fetus in the womb). But I've made several dishes from it and she has liked them all. Winner winner, ginger chicken dinner.
