I am loving the way the stories are laid out. I am not partial to any sort of length but the shortness allows me to focus on how the story is important to the pose, and as I read/reference I find myself wandering through these stories as I am sitting in my poses during practice. It is a different type of satisfaction, holding the pose and understanding where it came from, helps you hold strong & steady with peace.
