Great book to reflect upon yourself and the ones around you, in order to break patterns, we need to recognize our past fathers, need to speak only truth to ourselves and loved ones with no fear of being judged, we need to take the risk of having all the uncomfortable conversations, while embracing love to other men and women, and finally we need to not be afraid to share our experiences, and not loose ourselves.
