Been a while since I updated this one, but I'll be honest and say that while I like some of the character traits, I'm having a hard time connecting with the cast here. It may be in part due to the fact I haven't read the first book in this series. Bah humbug. Reading onward and hoping to finish it soon.

I've had this book as a galley from NetGalley for a long time, and am just now getting around to reading it. I need something light and fluffy to counter the last book I read and I've liked Kaye's work in the past. But holy heck, this is about a sports writer and sports doctor? Count me in!
