It’s at this moment, I’ve realised that poison ivy is not as villainous, as she’s made out to be. Neither she nor Bruce/Batman are in the wrong, both are protecting what they see as the ‘right side’. Whilst Batman is trying to protect humanity, he also fails to see that humanity is part of the problem— in what Ivy is trying to save the world from, globally, personified as Mother Nature. A womanly entity.
