A child’s scribbling may also reflect their personality and even the way they approach the world. A number of children the same age at the same stage of development and given the same materials will each create very different images. An outgoing sociable child tends to create bold, dramatic, looking scribbles, while a child who is more apprehensive or lacks self confidence tends to produce more timid scribbles.
