Loving this buddy read but I have SO many questions and I think we are at that critical turning point where parts of the prophecy are going to start coming to light! I adore Erikkus...his humor and relationship with Sylina. Though I get nervous that he may not make it out. And how can I not adore Atrius...he is just so straightforward and principled. Sylina you are in trouble.

All I can say is I am such an Atrius fan! He is just a wonderfully straightforward but also deep character. The pace and action has definitely picked up and I am just curious to see whether Sylina and Atrius will be able to defy the threads of fate and the whims of gods to achieve something better for their people!

OMG, I love being back in the world of The Crowns of Nyaxia! I really do adore Broadbent's style of writing and listening to this in audio with one of my fav narrators. I definitely am interested in learning more about the House of Blood. Sylina is a very different heroine and I adore Atrius' straightforward approach to all and his unshakeable integrity...yes, surprising given he is a Vampire Conqueror.
