reflecting and i fear this book is great but will not have much re-readability for me. making me think about race wayyyyyyyy too much. and i already think about race way too much.

a startling and moving reminder of how hard i have worked - and how hard i have to keep working.

the reality that i am living a life that once seemed so imaginary and out of reach.

feeling sad and very very anxious about the future, but unimaginably and overwhelmingly grateful. so so so so grateful.
