I love Sancton’s writing style, the descriptions of each member, and the way dialogue is handled—every word is so carefully chosen, and the content fixates on everything one would be curious about regarding the Belgica’s dreadful long night after being locked in the jaws of the pack. A reader simply cannot help but continue to want more and more, even after reading plenty a chapter.
