I'm having a hard time getting through this one and that is saying something. I really like the premise and the characters and setting, in general, seem solid. I just have a hard time with the scatterbrained mental musings of the main character. It's written in the first person, I get it. But to we have to listen to her constant inane mental chatter throughout the whole book?
