I picked up this book randomly from Ollie’s, I wanted to pick up a book and saw Carrie Underwood and just went with it. I had no idea when I picked this book up that the contents would be so inspiring in such a short amount of time. I’ve never really been a super healthy guru of a person, mostly because I get so discouraged after one mess up but Carrie’s journey focus on having a good week over a perfect day.
