Finished with Judges! A collection of weird stories, but also pretty sad, because it is about Israel constantly turning away from God and following their own ways. But it also points to just how much we need Jesus.

Almost finished with Genesis!!

2% seems so small but I’m on chapter 21 of genesis😂

All caught up… almost finished with the minor prophets but reading the post exile history books before i read the post exile prophets. Reading Esther is hilarious having grown up on the veggietales version because it was an amazing adaptation… though every time someone’s hanged all I can think of is the IsLe Of PeRpEtUaL tIcKlInG!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

I’m in several different books right now, but reading through the Old Testament like this really helps one realize how much we need Jesus- I’m so excited to get to the New Testament!

Almost done with 2 Samuel… much further than I’ve gotten on one of these plans ever!!
