Halfway through and I’m starting to skim… Getting draggy and I’m starting to care less about Shiloh and Carey. Starting to think this type of story would be more appealing to certain geographical areas involving LDRs & enlistment in the army lol I’m not the target audience.

I loved Rainbow Rowell 10 years ago when I read Eleanor & Park and Fangirl. Blindly picked this one up as a read for whenever I am nap trapped by my baby. It is the beginning of autumn, so it seemed fitting to get into romance. The first 24% has been pleasant so far, but I do find the mc a biiiit annoying…
