That's stupid. If you paid for hardcover then they should have been honest upfront and told you that the hardcover was sold out as opposed to just sending you a paper back! Which store did this ?

Exactly. They just send the book with the paperback price, they didn't even called me to apologize and it was Readings, its a under-rated bookstore but you get the books in real cheap price. :/ but i got my lesson today.

That's so messed up. If you know it's not available, say it's not available instead of sending the wrong copy. If that happened to me, I'd send it back and demand a hardcover. That's why I only buy online from Amazon or Barnes and Noble. I don't play when it comes to my books.

Yeah it was some local under-rated bookstore :3 Seriously i never had a bad experience with the local online bookstores but now all turned to hell :3 I used to find my self lucky whenever someone complained about having a bad experience with online book shops :/ and here i am ranting now >_<
