Still just so obsessed with this book. Even with the older style of speaking I think this book is so easy to dive into. I’m probably gonna have to reread this like next month or something. I love the imagery.

This is so reminiscent of Pride and Prejudice but with so many gothic themes. I AM OBSESSED SO FAR. I’ve been researching gothic themes lately (as they relate to horror mostly) but I can see so much of the themes I’ve been reading about. It wouldn’t come off so plainly if I wasn’t literally researching those themes already.
