your honour i love them.
been feeling sorta listless today. a bit like i wanna do something but i don't know what that is, but also like i wanna lay down and watch the world and do nothing. this book is helping with that. it feels good

ough.. thoughts and feelings...

thinking about how much i like hiking with little to no clear trail because being so focused on where you're going to put your feet, if you'll be able to balance well, and the feeling of exertion mean there's no space for other thoughts to weigh you down. meditative to me 🙏
