I feel something is so off about Andrew. He’s too perfect?

So I started this at 8 this morning and I’m already halfway through the book. Can’t set it down because I can’t quite figure it out what’s going on. I’m listening to the audio book. I’m so confused how Millie finds herself to be the ‘lucky woman’ to be able to provide for Andrew’s needs better than Nina. What the heck! Also I think they are trying to trick her into being a surrogate.
