Some of this so far has been helpful, I've learned a liiiittle bit. But a good chunk of it has been common knowledge. A lot of this, also, is stuff I can't change. So I don't see what good it is for ME to read it, but I'm going to continue, because it is important information. A future director should absolutely take a look at this book.
