Why is this SAD

Not to be this girl, but I fear my PhD in BME is too advanced for this book. If you’re going to include details of biological engineering experiments, get the details correct! It all intrigued me at first and I tried to let it go for the sake of fiction, but I’m a fifth into this and it’s clear the author didn’t consult science experts.

Hilariously accurate and also inaccurate descriptions of working in a biology lab thus far lol
