As of right now, this may be the finest Ömer Seyfettin tale I've ever read. The political thoughts and ongoing dilemmas are incredible. Although Ahmet persuaded everyone to support a republican government, he secretly feels like a tyrant—even God in human form. The name of the story really spoils our main character, with clear hints. However, I am unable to make any predictions on the remainder of the book.
