Danik, Yulta, and Lim are intriguing characters so far and the story is quickly tugging questions out of me. I’m interested in the events now and curious where the story will go. I really can think of nothing it reminds me of, which is wonderful.

Such rich characters and beautifully brutal storytelling. I really hope there is a sequel.

Brutal, dark, and bloody. Netflix Marco Polo vibes. Off to a very good start!

There is darkness, yes. But there is also light. Check this quote out, I love it!
“Assume we will know each other very well one day and speak as if that day is today.” “You think we will be friends? But you are from the royal compound.” “They have many rules,” Yulta agreed. “But I like you, Lim, and I think you like me. And I’ve never cared for rules.”
This is beautiful!

Off to a great start, and I can already feel the darkness in the story!
