My favourite character is quickly becoming Mr. Knightley, he sees through all the rose coloured lens bullshit, he realistic and knows Emma too well, he can see the pot coming from a mile away. Harriet is so easily impressionable and swayed by Emma because of her youth and sheer desire to receive praise from a higher social standing such as Emma, this will be her downfall to her own inner character.
