ehem ok so like ummm PAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ ok if anybody dies in the book it is actually jover for me.
Paz's court scene hit hard, its horrible enough but I have seen stuff like this happen in real life. this happens. and it ruins people.
To Paz getting the therapy he needs. to Paz beginning to heal from his wounds, and most importantly to begin day.

I hate the miscommunication trope so bad guys its not even funny but like the worst part I can't even blame the characters bc its so in character and Alano tried but everything kinda... exploded

Paz - ok I say this with so much love because I love the author and this character but like can I find one book that has like a more human and less cringe writing of sh like ts reads like it was written by a 13 year old
Alano - HOLY HELL?? WDYM HE GOT STABBED?? God so much is happening for him rn his friend balms him for her mom being fired, he's being sent to a different state, Rio is Rio
