Skimmed through almost all of the repeating stuff. I like how it's doing the Point of Views outside of just the soldiers. It shows what citizens were seeing and experiencing while everything was going on around them in the city. It shows that it doesn't just affect soldiers, but also civilians.

Amazing ending, and an even more amazing story. I loved how it went over all the tragic events, the loss of friends, and how they reacted to them. It's an emotional story, and well worth the read. I loved how it went through the points of Views of not only the soldiers, but also the civilians of the attack. 100% worth the read.

It's been getting a lot better, more action-packed. It's using the different POVs to show what's been happening, with people dying or getting injured. It shows everybody's reactions and emotions to different events happening; some are the same, and some are very different than others. So far it has gotten a lot better, moving at a faster pace than it was before.

I love it, but hate how slow it moves. It takes multiple pages explaining one situation and its background, before repeating it over and over for different characters. It's a good book, but very slow pace as of now. I want to keep reading it, but im having a hard time staying interested.

I love the pacing of the book so far. It delves into the point of view of each main character, explaining their background and origins. It goes into what it's like to be a soldier and fight in battle. It describes what witnessing death looks like, particularly from different points of view. It tells of what its like in that moment, with that thrill. I love the book so far, enjoying its depths of a soldier's battles.

It's really slow progressing, but I like it. It goes into the background of the main characters involved, talking about their pasts, their reasons for joining the U.S. military, their opinions of the conflict, and it tells us about the characters themselves. It does a deep dive into their minds, talking about their morals and ethical conflicts with the conflict. Its a good look at what combat does to a man

The story starts in Mogadishu, Somalia, as a group of soldiers are preparing to deploy on a mission to apprehend 2 major members of a major terrorist group. They deploy after getting the clear to deploy on the mission. They set off on the mission, which quickly goes wrong as somebody gets a serious injury while fast roping. They start their raid on the building, capturing everyone inside.
