I was enjoying this book up until this breastfeeding chapter that makes it sound like bf is so traumatic. And yes for many women it can be and is traumatic and painful, but I also think that for many it isn’t like that at all. I think any information about bf vs bottlefeeding needs to be written in an unbiased, factual way that doesn’t make anyone feel bad about the choice they made. Struggling to finish this now
