The "voice" shift in my reading experience from Part 1 to the first chapter of Part 2 is unnerving.

My inner sound is soft, almost whispery ...and childish sacerin. Don't make me use "twee". But yes... I feel I will forever be ruined by this book.

Will we get back to adult speak...please!

I'm not even gonna address the "we" yet.
