What in the fresh hell was that “Eggs” chapter!?!

And to be perfectly clear, I'm talking about the weirdness of Deke's behaviour. Geez this book is so weird but I've been committed to hate-reading this series for a while now and I kinda resent myself for not giving it up.

So 4 dragons forced their way into your land, and brought with them the head of someone they killed, who for all the pack knows isn’t evil, and the pack alpha and his mate’s attitude is humour?!

I finally caved and decided to read this because: dragons, last book in series, and I’m gonna end my KU subscription soon. But I see the soulless Wikipedia summarizing is still in full force. Like right here, where Ozyn’s escape attempt was only alluded to in 2 sentences while earlier we had like 4 paragraphs about how great of leader Blake is (which no matter how many times it’s said I’ll never be convinced)
