Fining it a little creepy Rush Revere is entranced with a grade-school female's hair. "It was hard not to look at her black hair. It was silky smooth, as if she brushed it a thousand times. This morning there was a yellow feather clipped in it." Trying to think the best of things, regardless.

Maybe tween reading is more my speed these days.

Reading this mostly due to an effort to ban this series of books from schools in some county up north. See nothing ban-worthy as of yet, or even controversial. Will post a full review when finished, but so far, it's pretty benign stuff.
