Once I started reading this novella I realized it was familiar and that I had already read it as part of the 2015 historical holiday romance anthology, What Happens Under the Mistletoe. This appears to have been re-released as a single novella his year. It is enjoyable to re-read but I was a bit disappointed that it was not a new story and that I already own it as part of the print version of anthology.

Aw Paige, I hate that for you. A book budget is precious and we want to spend it carefully. To purchase a book, only to discover you already had it, is heartbreaking and disconcerting. Sorry for your disappointment. I've done the same thing and I know how you feel.
