And lastly I want to add. It’s not a simply a story of adventure and love. It’s a story of self discovery and independence. Finding oneself, admitting to oneself that they’re good enough, loved, talented, smart and wanted. And especially finding the motivation not to only just carry on, but carry on with love and gratitude. And finally becoming the best version you can be. You’re your own amazing person

It takes for you to lose something to understand how much you love it. And R.F Kuang through her characters and their errors made us learn a valuable lesson with them, whatever problems you have, as long as you are alive, it will all get better. See things in the grander scale- because remember, there’s always a contradiction.

A brilliant tale. It was exactly the book I needed. A book rather adventurous, philosophical and most of all, a reminder. A reminder to take it easy, a reminder to be kind to yourself, a reminder to see things in a grander scale. Everything will be alright as long as you are alive. Nothing has to abide by rules. Our lives aren’t simply linear, they’re unpredictable. Don’t wait until it’s too late
