This has a slow start: I am already about 1/3 of the way through, there has not been much interaction between the two main characters, Arabella - Belle - and Captain Rye. The story is also very dense with historical details - and I think the storyline has suffered a bit because of it. If I didn't sign up to leave a review for this novella, I might not finish it because it has not captured my attention that much.
