Okay so they said the brother/killer was from Texas which would point you towards the cop with the accent but I’m not biting that line. That cop keeps following her and asking about her and making himself very obvious. The killer never did that, he stays back and watches, talks to the victims very briefly. Just the like coffee shop guy…

She talked about going to the church in front of the coffee shop guy so I’m still assuming he’s the killer.
