Man this autobiography is so good! As a black Kentuckian I feel a sense of connection to Alice. Her persistence to get an education in spite of is uber inspiring. I have a few more chapters to go and I’m ready to read them up. I like how even when she was younger she knew she was gonna do something with Newspapers,, Such a tough and courageous little Alice.
