- morally grey characters ✅
- dead owner of a house ✅
- husband with a dark past ✅
- stalker ✅
- intruder ✅
- corpse under the floor ✅
- a threat to murder the main character ✅

idk but all the characters are somehow linked to somebody who’s dead or is gonna die, and there’s no evidence that the characters were not a part of the accident/murder, or god knows what. so yeah, i like how we can trust no one here!!! and it kinda makes my guts squeal too. ⁉️⁉️🥹

Tricia, the FMC, is newly married to Ethan. she worked at an online magazine before the wedding, but it somehow shutdown, and she has been procrastinating since then, and the wedding, the honeymoon, and now ‘looking for the new house’ and ofcourse the pregnancy almost makes her not find a job soon.
she’s curious person is all i can say about her from her interests and discoveries!! ⁉️

i’m almost 21 chapters deep into the book and yet i have not come across one lie in it, but sure as hell i did find an intruder which somehow makes me feel like am i reading ‘the intruder’s script but the cover of the book does say ‘never lie’!!! ⁉️

it also has 2 timelines and 2 POVs. i love how Tricia is so fond of her husband, she’s a realist and knows he’s not perfect, but then, ‘who is even??’ is what she says to herself while she admires her husband even more.💝

idk but i’m a sucker for the love part in every book, be it any genre, if someone is in love and they express it in a way i have never read before, consider me underlining!!!

again a fast paced book, i love these!! 🤌🏻✨😭
