Ok, so Agatha is ahead in the usage of the “Cinderella Complex.” Before it was named by psychology.

Superfluous writing, as is common with older works. It draws you in eventually, but it will have to get better if I am to invest more time in Agatha novels. Perhaps another piece of hers is much better?
