Love the way the author uses color
So often we associate dark colors with bad and light colors with good but wow how this author switches up this societal expectation- loved this- “who wants to be white like moonlight”- “the color was supposed to be brown like the earth and instead it turned a deadly color- white the color of ash and bones” SO WELL DONEB
