This is one of the best books I’ve read in a while. Literally I’m so excited every chance I get. Learning so much !! Reflecting on my own behaviors hella !! Do I have the strength to reset my pain/pleasure scale ?? Maybe this book will be the final push for me the change the behaviors I’ve been resenting
