Enjoyed the anecdote about Drake and radical honesty. Will be reflecting more frequently on this.

Interesting read, enjoying the raw and human anecdotes yet finding them somewhat hard to relate to. I would have appreciated a focus on somewhat contemporary addictions eg. Smartphones, video games and the impact they will have on generations to come. It seems there was a heavy focus on drug addiction and an over explanation on pharmacological remedies. Despite this, I enjoy learning of the pain/pleasure balance.
