a random sidebar about microplastics?? did not really feel necessary to the plot?? but maybe could’ve been if it’s from the perspective of like “having a serious conversation with my younger boyfriend & he’s the one giving me advice. maybe this age gap isn’t actually a problem” idk

it’s kind of a bird’s eye view narration rather than from the perspective of a specific character, and i can’t decide if i like it or not. but so far so good overall
