so far this is my least favorite lynn painter book 😀
she writes minnesotans so weirdly (why is everyone wearing vikings merch and flannel as if that’s all that’s in our wardrobes)
also like this book is literally set within a 15 mile radius of my hometown and as a certified minnesotan small town HOCKEY PLAYER it’s rather ridiculous
like—when he said he loves her ass was literally in the restaurant i grew up going to for all of my birthdays until i was ten 😭
