Why didn't king just stay with mamie, better yet journer ! Because Serena doesn't do it anymore for me !!!!

I hope king termiane gets a happy ending he’s been fighting since he was a boy ! I’m still mad at Serena but I’m sad @ all the bad luck she going through yet I’m mad she kept that secret from her husband !

There’s so many twist and turns with this book I’m so mad John singleton and Guy Johnson did not get a chance to get this into an all black production and mainly casted movie !!! Serena so cold blooded oh no just when King was @ the step of his victory Big Daddy and his crew backdoors him In the worst way !!! King needs a damn car historically they had cars back then so why not have a car to go with the horse?

Smh I hope king termaine makes it through this BS !!! I knew the pastor wasn’t to be trusted !!!!

I’ve been emerged in the book since I started I wish king Termaine had better vernacular what happen to mamie?! Journer been through too much in a short span of 2 months oh my god I wouldn’t be able to deal !
