I'm only on chapter 23 so far but I'm currently obsessed! I haven't read the novel or watched the drama so I'm not sure how accurate it is but I absolutely adore the art and the main characters are so cute ☺️ and yes I'm also super excited for the novel!!!

(I'm pretty sure First Frost also has a manhua called 'Eternal Love')
