This book is the epitome of “a little knowledge is a dangerous thing”. I know it’s fiction but I’m looking for the inaccuracies now. Plus who the fuck is Jonathan? Just dropping in character with no context (future plot device?) does not work for me.

I’m not sure the author is familiar with how the NHS operates. This doesn’t seem authentic on several levels and from my own experiences is not familiar representation of U.K. healthcare.
