I can’t help but be filled with emotion when Lovecraft talks about Newburyport and Ipswich, Mass. I can all but see shadowy Innsmouth, located close to Plum Island and Crane Estate, as the Merrimack River meanders through the marshland and empties into the Atlantic. These places have my soul - and probably explains why I’m such a bizarro boy.
