Robin Special One-Shot: Artwork is pretty slick in this one. It's a nice little Robin side-story to make the kid pertinent in the world of fighting crime. Of course a little touch of the Arkham Knight was needed to make this one-shot relevant to the volume after all! Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely decent for a comic book derived from the video game.

Batman Arkham Knight Annual #1: I thought this was pretty decent. The artwork is sick (I would have played even more with the colours, especially for those backgrounds where they just dropped a plain color to fill the blank). The story dives into the psyche of the Arkham Knight because of Scarecrow. The journey sort of explores the motivations behind the Arkham Knight's mission to destroy Batman. It's simple, but fun

Batgirl/Harley Quinn #1 : Welp, this issue contains 2 major parts and you guessed it! Mega short and simple origin stories! There's no way anyone could possibly connect with both character's "transformation" in such little time. The "I want to help to" of Batgirl wasn't convincing at all. The "mad love" of Harley Quinn also failed to capture the intensity. The artwork was sharp and vivid though. :D

Soo... this volume contains issues #10-12... but Volume 2 collected issues #7 to 12. Maybe having the hardcover collected editions feels and looks good in the hands of people, but I can't get myself to approve of such a cash-grab move... :( I'm just glad to have the floppies instead.
