A bit triggering, but I’m also on the edge of my seat (figuratively).

For the entirety of the book, I haven’t liked that it’s set in 2001, and now we’re getting closer to 9/11.

This book definitely involves a lot of sleeping with each other, which I’m not sure I’m comfortable with given how Jonathan seems a bit pushy.

“Brad’s planning to sleep on the couch in his office. I guess he’s the winner.”
“What will he win?”
“Oh, no, nothing actually. I just meant he wants to make sure we all know how much harder he’s working.”

I laughed so hard because I was thinking, “Why is he a winner for sleeping on the couch?”

I relate to Annika in so many ways. My goodness, the similarities are wild.

I feel this book on an emotional level.
