Don't kill me if I say, I am not happy with Winners of Choice Awards, like on SERIOUS note i knew that Harry Potter & the cursed child will win the Fantasy Award but still ... wow! & also many more awards were just unexpected, i expected to see Crooked Kingdom, Gemina, King Gambit, but none of them were anywhere. *shaking my head sadly*

Exactly *sighs* I'm not very happy with the results, either. I mean, it's not that big of a deal, but still, I can't help but be a little disappointed.

I don't get Harry Potter, but well. On the other hand, 'morning Star' won sci-fi that's great. ^^

absolutely. For me this year's choice awards seems like a joke. Yeah the authors are SERIOUSLY good but books are not, there is a difference like you said, and people should really know what they are voting :/
The cursed Child wasn't written by JK Rowling. Don't believe me, take a close look. She didn't write it. It's literally a fanfiction!
