Putting this one down for now as my library borrow is so overdue. Super interesting and really want to get more into it and the sources used. Interesting to consider the content of the book and Wolf’s academic work in comparison with her publicised (ostensibly) personal opinions. Really interesting points and commentary which seems to have largely addressed the criticism of the first edition. Keen to get back to it

I fear I am too academically minded for this. If I could annotate this library book I would be saying Ref? Source?? Define ‘sodomy’? Expand on your argument here??
Also the author has an …interesting digital footprint, to say the least.
Willing to go into this with an open mind but unfortunately I already know a lot about the topic so am inclined to be extra critical
