Interesting that the initial section in the book jumps back and forth between the 50’s and 80’s to kind of set the stage for the kids in the 50’s. This initial look at both times really establishes the deep seated fear that the town had which lasted several decades and even centuries. As a Stephen King fan and someone who has watched the movies prior to this read, I am super excited to expand on this story.
