Honestly if I wasn't reading this for book club tonight, I think I would DNF it now.
It's been a tough read , it just feels very dry like reading a textbook.
I really don't care for the writing style... She tells you a lot about the characters but it feels factual ..no emotions and I think because of that I don't really relate to the characters..maybe Ava a little bit.... I am just not enjoying it to be honest.

Feeling sorry for you that you have to persevere for your book club... maybe read the start and end of the chapters so you can keep up with the story without wasting all of your time?

I managed to finish it Leah...and though overall I didn't like it made for a good books club discussion.
